Woot finally the day came and went! I didn’t know how much longer I could go! lol My surprise birthday lunch for mama was successful! She was so happy to see her sisters and celebrate.

Idk why Willow gets slept on (lies, it’s probably bc she’s over shadowed by her dad). She wrote her first album at 15. I don’t think many of us can imagine being so vunerable during some of our cringiest years.

Art News: Reach Out For Me is in full swing. I’m almost ready to take all the arm tape off. The background is a bit fussy. A lot of going back and going over. Not that I mind. Two and a half hours later of working on the background and I could continue for another two and a half more. lol True bliss. I hope everyone can find their own form of solice.

Got my butt up to the gym this morning. I had wanted to go yesterday but I was dead. You know when you feel zombie tired? Like just existing is tiresome? Work wasssss lonnnngggg and I didn’t go to bed at a normal hour on Sunday. I read somewhere that there’s a name for it. Like when you don’t want your free time to end before you go back to work. If I remember, I’ll link it here.

Hit my 50 day streak in Duolingo! woooooo In a crazy fucking world, small victories mean more than ever . And since the gyms have reopened I’ve been there several days a week as well. Still a big girl, but now a stronger big girl lol Just gotta get the food shit under control, those late night munchies are no good! A grilled cheese at 11:30pm, C’mon Kat!
NASA posted some really rad images of Neptune today. I love thinking and learning about space. We are truly small specs in the larger picture of the universe. We float in a sea of nothingness that is ever expanding. I can understand why some people think we’re living in a simulation because to try and comprehend everything around us is overwhelming. It’s a lot easier to assume the question marks have actual answers when we don’t really know. That possibly, the answers don’t exist.

Much like I’ve started making it a point to draw in my sketchbook everyday( and do my Duolingo Spanish). I want to make this something I do everyday even if it’s one sentance or an incredibly incomprehensible rant. The world has me feeling bogged down and in an attempt to find a resolution to this feeling, I’m just going to share some random shit on my little site. I mean really, who tf’s gonna see this? lol
My little note of the day is that I made Khachapuri (Georgian Cheese Bread) this morning. It was delicious and tasted like a white slice (mozz and ricotta pizza for the uncoothed lolol i play) Really thought the cheese was going to eff me up. Surprisingly, not the case. An that everything seasoning crust! FMUF
For art news, I’ve started working on the background of Reach Out For Me. A spooky diptic with a long arm stretching across the two canvases. Really looking to creates a more drippy trippy version of the camo I’ve been using. And I want to use a lot darker colors as well.
